  • What is the Discovery Call all about?
    This call is about getting acquainted and our first step together—a no-pressure conversation where we explore if we're a good match. We'll discuss your current challenges, what you’re hoping to achieve, and whether a somatic approach aligns with your needs. This call is about ensuring that our work together will be meaningful and impactful for you.
  • Why somatic? Who is it for?
    Knowing and understanding something, doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s a match with what you are feeling. You may be successful and accomplished, yet feel somewhat dissatisfied, wondering if “this is it?”. You may understand where some of your undesired responses originate from, but find yourself repeating them anyway. Somatic work helps us close the gap between knowing and feeling by facilitating a release of pent up unprocessed energy from the body. Somatic breathwork provides us a direct pathway to the subconscious mind - which drives 98% of human behavior. How are you meant to consciously work on blocks you can’t access consciously? Somatic approach to growth, recovery and discovery is perfect for you if you don’t want to talk about it, if you are ready to transmute internal blocks and trapped energy into personal power and resilience, and if you are ready to step deeper into an authentic expression of you. During our initial call, we'll delve into whether this is the right fit for you and the specific issues you’re facing.
  • What does a custom program involve?
    If we both feel confident about moving forward, we’ll discuss whether a short-term or longer program is going to serve you best. The decision is based on the complexity of your goals and the depth of support you require. My programs create a container for restoring a deep connection to self, cultivating inner strength, resilience and mental clarity. I will guide you in retraining your subconscious mind, moving away from well-worn tracks so that new possibilities can be seen and heard. Your program will be uniquely designed to address your specific challenges and aspirations. It will include somatic breathwork, emotional regulation techniques, self-awareness practices, and if applicable, TRE (Trauma Release Exercise) and Chi Kung. You’ll receive consistent support throughout the program, with regular check-ins and adjustments to keep you on track.
  • How long are the programs, and what’s the difference between a short and long one?
    A program can be as short as 3 weeks, to address a specific challenge or hurdle. Ideal for a quick reset if you’re worn out, tired or feeling stuck. Longer programs, lasting 12 weeks or more, provide deep transformation and are perfect for navigating significant life changes or achieving substantial growth. The choice depends on your goals and what will serve you best.
  • Will I receive support outside of our sessions?
    Absolutely. Support between sessions is a key part of how we work together. You’ll have access to resources, exercises, and direct communication with me to ensure you’re fully supported as you implement new practices and insights into your life.
  • How will I know it's working?
    Changes can show up in the most unexpected situations! I take great delight in hearing people's stories about how life gets… juicier. Most commonly people report experiences of increased clarity and self awareness, better ability to respond as opposed to react to triggers and life's demands, less avoidance and more acceptance, significantly reduced stress levels and more. The work we do together can lead to lasting change, empowering you to navigate life with more ease and confidence. The goal is for you to feel like the script writer, producer, and main character of YOUR life.
