AWAKEN THE WARRIOR — An experience of strength, breath and transformation

There is a strength in you that thinking alone cannot reach. 

At this immersive half-day event, we’ll use powerful movement and breath with intentional challenge to take you beyond the surface and into a more direct experience of yourself.

You’ll begin with strong, warrior-inspired power-yoga to awaken the body and build focus. From there, you’ll enter an immersive 9D breathwork journey designed to help you move through internal resistance, release what you no longer need and reconnect with the strength beneath it, with time afterwards to ground and integrate the experience.

For those who wish to complete the experience through heat and cold, the day will finish with an optional sauna and cold plunge.
